Eden Dog Grooming & Spa Policies

In order to ensure the health and safety of your pet/s as well as our other canine guests we require all of our clients to read and understand the following policies

Client Record

All dogs attending Eden Dog grooming and Spa must have an up to date Client Record on file. New Client Registrations and existing client record updates will be done in place at the parlour.

We will fill out a record card for your pet, where will take all your pets details, including age, breed, sex, and any health issues your dog may have. This card will also include details of what grooming treatments your pet has. All the information is transferred to our client database on the computer.

New clients must sign a disclaimer form and some personal details will be retained. Client data will be treated in accordance to the data protection principles of the Data Protection Act and will not be shared with 3rd parties.

Mats

If the dogs coat is severely matted and incapable of de-matting without causing stress and pain to the dog, the dog shall be clipped off for reasons of health and well-being. All owners will be advised of this prior to undertaking any de-matting or clip-off service.

Fleas

If your dog has fleas please treat them prior to visiting the Spa. Should your dog be brought to us with infestation which is discovered after the groom has started a flea surcharge of £25 will apply. This covers the cost of bathing your dog using an insecticidal shampoo and the thorough cleansing and disinfecting of the Spa.

Late pick up fees

Pick up will be due at the time arranged either at the grooming consultation or when the pet parent is contacted. Pet parents that are later than 30 minutes picking up their pet will be charged a sitting fee of £5 per 15 minutes.

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
